The USAEE/IAEE New Orleans Conference will help to assist students room share in an effort to reduce your lodging expense. Please follow this procedure if you would like to share a room at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel with another student.
- Email USAEE at usaee@usaee.org
- The subject line should read "Roommate Request" so that your request can be sorted quickly.
- Give your name, gender and any qualifications regarding the selection of a roommate.
USAEE will then check its list and put you in contact with someone that is looking for a roommate with similar qualifications. That person and you will decide whether or not you wish to share a room. If you decide not to share the room with that person, then both of you should contact USAEE to see if we can make a second match.
USAEE will NOT be involved in booking rooms, paying for rooms or any other hotel lodging details - our only role is to put likely roommates in touch with one another. |
