The 29th USAEE/IAEE North American Conference, "Energy and the Environment: Conventional and Unconventional Solutions." will be held October 14-16, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All concurrent session speakers will have approximately 15-18 minutes to present their paper.
If your abstract has been accepted, you will receive an email with your log-in credentials. If you are unable to locate this information, please email usaee@usaee.org for assistance.
Please visit http://www.usaee.org/USAEE2010/submissions/authors/submissiondetails.aspx to verify the spelling of your name/affiliation/speech title and your co-author(s) if your paper has more than one author.
Your extended abstracts, proceedings papers and onsite conference PowerPoint presentations will be placed online at our conference website so that you may download all three of these documents both prior to and post the conference. Please further note that the conference will provide an internet cafe area where delegates can review your extended abstracts, proceedings papers and PowerPoint presentations during the conference.

These instructions outline how to submit your Extended Abstract. Your Extended Abstract is due no later than Friday, September 3, 2010. This deadline is firm. (Note: Speaker registration fees are due on this date as well.) Your Extended Abstracts must be submitted online after you have completed the "Extended Abstract Template."
The instructions also highlight how to present your paper in our Online Proceedings Database. Online Proceedings Papers must be received no later than Friday, September 3, 2010, by submitting the paper online. This deadline is firm.
The organizers reserve the right to edit the submitted documents at their sole discretion.
