Letter of Invitation

Registered delegates may apply directly for a Letter of Invitation by completing the below form. You may not request a Letter of Invitation until you have made your conference registration. The email address that you use when registering for the conference must match exactly with the email address you use below. The Letter of Invitation is emailed direct to your email address for use in obtaining your Visa. Letters of Invitation will not be mailed. To request a Letter of Invitation please provide the following:
