Join the United States Association for Energy Economics (USAEE) on Thursday, August 4 at 2:00 p.m. EDT for "U.S. Natural Gas: Opportunity Meets Constraint," a webinar presented by Allyson Cutright, Director of Energy Market Analysis at the American Petroleum Institute (API), and Jeff Barron, Senior Economic Advisor, Energy Market Analysis at API.
This webinar will examine how the U.S. natural gas market is entering a period of structural growth, driven by expanding LNG exports and rising domestic electricity demand. We will evaluate the tailwinds and headwinds shaping both sources of growth, including the competitiveness of U.S. LNG in an uncertain geopolitical and trade environment. We will also explore the pace and scale of demand from AI and data centers, as well as the infrastructure and grid expansion challenges that could constrain growth.
Registration is required; there is no fee to attend this webinar. This webinar is presented in collaboration with the LSU Energy Institute.
