New England Chapter

The New England chapter of the United States Association for Energy Economics organizes monthly talks on subjects of regional, national or international interest to energy economists and professionals working in the oil, gas and electricity sectors. Because of the many academic institutions and consulting groups that are located in the greater Boston area, advanced students are encouraged to attend, and are often invited to present the results of their current research.

We will be planning our (most likely) every-other-monthly meetings beginning this fall and continuing into the late spring of 2006. We always welcome your suggestions for topics and speakers, especially as we begin to plan our presentations to you. Please email your ideas to iaeenewengland@yahoo.com.

We plan to email you the first announcement in August.
