The 47th IAEE International Conference brings the global energy economics community to Santiago from July 19–22, marking the second time this prestigious event is hosted in South America. Against a backdrop of rapid transformation in energy systems worldwide, IAEE 2026 aims to foster critical dialogue, cross-regional collaboration, and cutting-edge research on the future of energy markets, policy, and technology.
With the collaboration of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, the conference will unite thought leaders, academics, policymakers, industry executives, and innovators to address today’s most pressing energy challenges and opportunities—from the energy transition and digitalization to regional integration and sustainable finance.
