Speaking directly to the new incoming Administration, panelists will offer ways to stimulate major energy conservation measures in buildings, industry and transportation, and to accelerate replacement of hydrocarbon fuels with renewable and low-carbon substitutes. The panel will also probe ways to craft and move needed legislation through the Congress and states. |
