Lynn Granger is the President and CEO of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA), bringing more than two decades of energy policy and strategic communications leadership experience. Prior to joining COGA, Granger served as Regional Director at the American Petroleum Institute (API) and Executive Director of API Colorado. She previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Colorado Concern, where she led operational and strategic execution supporting statewide policy efforts. Granger's public sector experience includes serving as Communications Director for the Colorado Department of Revenue during former Governor John Hickenlooper's administration, where she was the department's subject matter expert and primary media liaison. Lucian Pugliaresi is President of the Energy Policy Research Foundation (EPRINC), a public policy energy think tank founded in 1944. He has led the organization’s research effort on U.S. energy security, scope and benefits of the North American petroleum renaissance, growing role of LNG in world trade, reform of the U.S. electric power system, among other energy topics. EPRINC’s programs are focused on the intersection of energy economics and public policy. Mr. Pugliaresi has served in a wide range of government posts, including the National Security Council at the White House (Reagan Administration), Departments of State, Energy, and Interior, as well as the EPA.
